Sarah Bearden, Attorney
Sarah Whitfield Bearden is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on civil litigation, criminal defense, and personal injury. As a former public defender, Sarah previously fought for the underprivileged clients in court. She now diligently, meticulously, and vigorously fights for those who have been wronged by others’ negligence.
Sarah earned her undergraduate degree in Journalism from the University of Kentucky in 2006. Sarah worked in ministry for many years in Atlanta, Georgia before she returned to law school later in life. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2017. While in law school, Sarah started the Animal Legal Defense Fund chapter at her school in 2015.
Sarah is licensed in the state of Kentucky and works in the Kentucky office. She enjoys spending time shuttling her toddler boys to their sports activities and running with her German Shepherds.
