After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College, he went on to earn his law degree from the esteemed Notre Dame Law School. While at Dartmouth, Chuck played Division I varsity basketball in the Ivy League athletic conference.
Since then, he has practiced law across the Midwest with bar admissions in multiple states, including Indiana and Tennessee. Furthermore, his practice extends to federal courts, including the Court of Federal Claims.
